The entities we entrust data to, and how changes to this list work.

What this list is
This page is the list of providers referred to in §15(2) of the Terms of Service. It is maintained by the Service Provider - MICHAŁ KUKIEŁKA MIDDLY, ul. prof. Romualda Cebertowicza 8D/38, 80-809 Gdańsk, NIP 5833449726.
The entities listed below process data on our behalf as processors (Art. 28 GDPR). For Company Accounts they are sub-processors within the meaning of the data processing agreement (Annex 2 to the Terms for Company Accounts).
The list has two parts:
- §2 - processors of App data. They process account data and protocol content. They are covered by the change notification procedure under §15(2) of the Terms of Service, described in §4.
- §3 - other providers. They process data from the website and our e-mail. We publish them for transparency; changes to this part are recorded in the change history (§6).
Details of data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the list and objections
The following rules apply to processors of App data (§2):
- We give notice of an intended addition or replacement of an entity on this page and by e-mail to the address assigned to the Account or by a message in the Application, at least 14 days before the change.
- During that period you may object by writing to hello@stancja.app.
- If you do not accept the change, you may terminate the agreement before it takes effect, after downloading your signed Protocols (§15(2) and §14 of the Terms of Service).
- We enter an announced change in the change history (§6) on the day of notification, together with its effective date. We update the table in §2 on the day the change takes effect.
