What happens to your data

Permanently deleted

  • Draft (unsigned) protocols containing your data
  • Photos attached to those protocols

Retained for 6 years

  • Signed protocols - as evidence for both parties to the agreement. We do not remove your personal data from them.
  • You'll receive information about what data we retain and until when (right of access).
  • The PDF of a signed protocol remains unchanged (evidence integrity).

Refusal to delete signed protocols is based on Art. 17(3)(e) GDPR (necessity for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims) and applies symmetrically to both parties.
